Hello, my name is Melanie Gettys. I have been teaching Physical Education for 21 years, 4 years at the High School and Varsity Volleyball and 17 years at the Middle School. I teach Team Sports 7th and 8th grade. I Coach 8th grade volleyball and have Coached 7/8th grade Track and Field. I graduated from Eminence High School and went to College of the Ozarks on a Volleyball scholarship and received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and have a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University. I have 2 wonderful daughters and we enjoy playing sports and being outside.
