Joey Cartright scored a pair of goals to pace the JV Tiger soccer team to a 4-0 blanking of West Plains Tuesday night at Anderson Field. But it was Cartright's brother, Austin, that put the Tigers ahead with an early goal, just four minutes into the match. Alex Rodriguez picked up the assist on that one. Joey followed with his first goal 24 minutes later and Jorge Arriaga made it 3-0 by halftime. Joey Cartright's second goal came early in the second half. The Tigers controlled the tempo for the entire game in getting their first win of the season.
