COLLEGE HEIGHTS CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, MO: 0
The Varsity Tiger soccer team shutout College Heights of Joplin 3-0 Saturday afternoon to sweep their games in the Rolla Classic. College Heights managed only two shots on goal, and Jon Moore smothered both of them for the shutout. Tiger goals were scored by Logan Long, Tremayne Watterson, and Shane Jewett. Jewett and Roberto Bachellor each had assists. The Tigers are 12-8 with two games remaining before district play.
Waynesville has been given the second seed in the Class 3 District 10 Tournament at Lebanon. The Tigers will open play at six on Monday, November 4th against Camdenton. Top-seeded Jefferson City will face Lebanon prior to the Tigers' game. Winners on Monday will play for the district title at five on November 7th.
