7th grade A: 12-25, 19-25  Lost

7th grade B: 17-25, 20-25  Lost

A game: Waynesville and Lebanon stayed tight in the beginning of the game 8-10. Lebanon then went on a six point run widening the gap that the Tigers never recovered from. The Yellowjackets took the first set 12-25. #32 Jayla Gettys had 1 kill. In the second set, Waynesville came out strong putting 6 points up on the board. Lebanon would answer by serving 9 straight points midway through the set to put the jackets up 10-17. Waynesville rallied back 18-21 but Lebanon would not give up the lead  and sealed the win 20-25. #14 Mary Henry had 1 dig. #2 Ramiri Gardner had 1 spike. #36 Truman Trower also had a spike. The 7th grade A team will face Joel E. Barber at home this Thursday night at 5 p.m. They are 1-2 on the season. 

B-Game: The first set #34 Callie Zarcone served 5 straight points. With the score tied 8-8, Lebanon went on a 5 point run to open up the lead on the Tigers. #39 Sarah Pollman had a great spike to spark the young Tigers but  Waynesville struggled to get the ball up in the air and to serve with consistency seeing it slip away with a 17-25 final score in the 1st set. In the second set, Waynesville trailed but came within 3 points with the score 17-21. The Lebanon servers were too strong down the stretch and the Yellowjackets took the set and the match with a 20-25 win.
