Coach Matlock began coaching in the Waynesville School District during the 2006-07 school year.

Coach Matlock graduated from Lake Hamilton High School in Hot Springs, AR where she played volleyball, basketball, track, and one match of tennis. She went on to play basketball for two years at North Arkansas College (Associate Art) and finished her playing career at the University of Arkansas Little Rock (Bachelor Science, Master Education)

Coach Matlock teaches PE at the High School, is married to Dustin Matlock, and has three daughters, Hannah, Vaiden, and Harlyn.
