While the Varsity will be playing at the Kickapoo Tournament on Saturday, the JV soccer team will participate in the Ozark Tournament for the tenth straight year.  The Tigers narrow overtime loss to Carthage in the opening game last year marked the only time in those ten years that the they did not play for the championship.  WHS went on to defeat Glendale for third a year ago, but the goal this year is to get back into the title game.  To do so, Waynesville will have to defeat host Ozark in the opener at nine a.m.  Rogersville and Carthage will play in the other semifinal.  Prior to last year, the Tigers had won three straight championships with a total of six firsts and three seconds over the decade.
