Waynesville's girls' soccer team managed a 2-1 win over a much-improved Lebanon squad to open Ozark Conference play Thursday in Lebanon.  Goals by Liz Sisson and Camia Blash put the Tigers up 2-0 before Lebanon mounted a strong attack in the final five minutes.  Sisson's first half goal came after she'd served a corner kick.  The ball deflected back towards her and she slammed a shot that caught the inside of the far post and ricocheted back into the near side net.  Blash's  goal came sixteen minutes into the second half when the ball was triple-touched from left to right and she pushed it past the charging goalkeeper.  Moments later Blash missed a second goal when her direct kick came off the left post.  Lebanon freshman Lexi Wapelhorst put the Jackets on the board with four minutes remaining and just missed a tying goal with 1:15 left.  Waynesville goalkeeper D'Anna Hasik had four saves in the game.
