Tigers lost to Glendale, 17-25, 21-25 in our Blackout Home Opener. As the team's loss was upsetting, we still managed to average 2.7 in our serve receive/defense. Libero Kelsey Arnold led the Tigers in defense with 6 digs, and 16 serve receive passes. Following close behind her was Middle Hitter, Kallie Bildner with 14 serve receive passes and 4 blocks. Leading our offense court was Bildner with a .325 game and Middle Hitter Ariel Okori at .268. Assisting the offense score was Senior setter Kaylee Brewer with 8 assists and 100% serving average. Our performance tonight was an improvement from our Jamboree last Monday. Be on the lookout for the Tigers to continue the upswing in performance against Helias this Tuesday, August 25th @5pm.
