For the second time in two weeks defending Class One State Champion Springfield Catholic made a second half goal stand up and beat the determined Tigers 1-0 Tuesday at Anderson Soccer Field.  Catholic, currently ranked third this year, claimed its earlier win in the Kickapoo Tournament. WHS gave the Irish all they wanted and more.  The Tigers managed five shots on goal to eight for Catholic.  Waynesville goal keeper Jon Moore made several spectacular diving saves protecing his net.  The game was back and forth all night long and the fans really got their money's worth of excitement.
