The heartache continued for the soccer Tigers Saturday with a frustrating 3-2 loss to Fort Zumwalt East at Tiger Stadium.  It was Waynesville's eighth straight loss.  Compounding the agony was that the visiting Lions only had one win on the season prior to Saturday.

Caleb Rodriguez gave WHS a lift to start the game when he scored off a D.J. Kaaihue pass in the tenth minute.  It was Rodriguez's first goal since being injured September 17, at Nixa.  But Zumwalt East took advantage of some Tiger defensive gaps and scored three times itself for a 3-1 lead at halftime.  Rodriguez notched his second goal courtesy of another Kaaihue feed with 28:43 remaining, but the Lions' rough and tumble play thwarted the Tigers from then on.  Zumwalt East was whistled for 13 fouls and picked up three yellow cards in the game.
