Repeated lightening ended last night's Waynesville-Nixa soccer game.  The game was called midway in the first half after an initial 30 minute delay was repeatedly extended.  The  game was wiped from the books and will probably not be rescheduled since it was a non-conference matchup.  The Tigers and Eagles may very well face each other next week at the Kickapoo Tournament anyway.  The JV match was played with Nixa winning it 4-0. 

Coach Mike Armstrong announced that the Tigers' opening opponent in the Kickapoo Tournament would be Springfield Greenwood.  In addition, the previously canceled game at Camdenton will be made up with an eleven o'clock start on Saturday morning, October 1.  It will be a varsity only makeup since the JV is playing in the Ozark Tournament that day.
