CAMDENTON R-3 HIGH SCHOOL: 2
The Waynesville Boys soccer team was able to pull out the win in it's double overtime game against Camdenton last night. The final score was 3-2. The Tigers lead 2-0 going into halftime but the Lakers were determined and ready to go for the second half. Overtime was a different story. The Tigers came out on fire and were relentless with their attack. The constant pressure proved too much and the Tigers earned another Ozark conference win moving to 3-0 in the conference.
Goals were scored by Ryan Wilbur, Tristan Mertz, and the game winner by Jakob Ungerecht.
The JV team also had a great night and made quick work of the JV Lakers with a 10 - 0 victory.
Next up is Lebanon and it's Senior night!
