The JV girls soccer team rode the foot of freshman Andrea Ramos to its first win of the season Friday evening, an 8-0 whitewash at Springfield Parkview. Ramos totaled five goals to snap her team out of its early season scoring drought. She had two in the first half and a hat trick in the second. Ramos's teammate, Shyanne Jewett, also scored twice in the second half. Ashton Pilz put the icing on the cake for the Tigers' eighth goal with just 30 seconds remaining on the clock.
