We end our first game with a loss, but this will help us grow to where we need to be. The girls played hard during the first half and even though I felt we could've came back, Marshfield continued to answer back to our every move. We got in foul trouble in the first half and this continued in the second half causing two starters to foul out early in the fourth quarter. With every foul came free throws and that's what killed us the most. Our leading scorer was Dorsey with 9 points, followed by Henry with 4, Knox with 3, Mitchell with 2, and Barnum with 1.
