JOEL E. BARBER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: 42
The 8th grade girls basketball team beat Joel E. Barber 44-42. The girls worked really hard for this win. Over the past few days we have worked on our shooting and defense and I seen a great improvement from all of them. I was very pleased with the amount of intensity the girls played with. Kylee Mitchell scored 16 points, Mary Henry scored 12 points, Brielle Garcia scored 6 points, Shanae Dorsey and Abigail Barnum scored 4 points, and Grace MacGillis scored 2 points.
