Biography:
Coach Tyler Shalbot is entering his first season as the Head Coach of Waynesville High School. Coach Shalbot has spent the last 7 years at Vienna High School and posted a record of 194-89. His tenure at Vienna included 5 conference titles, 1 district championship(the 1st in 32 seasons for Vienna), and 2 district runner-ups. Prior to that he was an assistant coach at Eugene High school for 3 seasons in which they had a record of 82-26. Coach Shalbot played collegiate baseball at Westminster College and Fontbonne University. He is an Iberia High School graduate and was part of the 2001 State Championship baseball team.
Coach Shalbot is a physical education teacher at Waynesville Middle School and currently lives in Waynesville, MO. He is married to his beautiful wife Amanda who works at Partridge Elementary School and has three children Maci, Emmy, and James.

Assistant Coach
Biography:
Coach Weber is starting his first year as the assistant coach at Waynesville High School. From the 16-17 season through the 2019 season Coach Weber was been the Head Coach at Cuba High School. During that time he also served as the receivers coach for the football team for 2 seasons. In 2018 he lead the Cuba softball team to its second ever District Title. Coach Weber play 4 years of College baseball at Central Methodist University. He graduated from Steelville High School where he was a part of 4 conference championships. Coach Weber will be teaching 7th grade health at Waynesville Middle School.

Biography:
Coach Logan Smith is entering his 5th year as assistant coach for the Waynesville Tigers. Coach Smith has also been the assistant baseball coach for 4 years. Coach Smith played against Coach Drehle and played under Coach Gramates in high school. (This gives you an idea how old the two are.)
Coach Smith teaches weight training at Waynesville Middle School and currently lives in Lebanon, Missouri. He is married to his beautiful wife, Ashley.
