As a recent MED graduate in Positive Coaching from MIZZOU, my coaching aims enforce utilizing sport psychology coupled with volleyball court knowledge in order to bridge the gap between mental toughness and physical capabilities. These paired domains will aid in coaching players to their optimal performance, regardless of the environment or situation they may be in. As my expectations are to foster goal-oriented motivations, a drive for success and integral character within all members of our Tiger Volleyball Program, the desired outcome will be women leaving our volleyball community prepared to face the challenges amidst the world and to reach success along their paths in life.
