Coach Rawlings is beginning his 24nd year in the Waynesville Track Program, 17 as an assistant and the past 6 as Head Coach. During this time he has coached 4 State Champions and multiple All-State Athletes. The Waynesville Track Program has 12 Conference Titles and 3 District Championships in the past 22 seasons.
Coach Rawlings is also a member of the Boy's Basketball Coaching Staff as Head 7th Grade Coach at Waynesville Middle School.
Coach Rawlings teaches Physical Education at Waynesville High School. He is married to his wife of 26 years, Elizabeth, a Reading Specialist at Freedom Elementary School. They have 2 daughters, Taylor a junior attending MIssouri State University and Jenna a 2nd grader at Freedom Elementary School. The Rawlings family resides in Waynesville.

Biography:
I am excited to welcome you to the Waynesville School District athletics! My name is Charlotte Ray, a high school graduate of Christian County High School located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and a college graduate of Western Kentucky University home of the “Hilltoppers”! As of 2017, I have over nine years of coaching experience, and I absolutely love working/coaching with young people of all ages. I have four children and five awesome grandchildren. I am blessed to be married to an amazing man for over twenty-eight years. When I’m not coaching, I enjoy family outings, bible study and traveling.
Biography:
Coach Matt Johnson has taught and coached here in the Waynesville school district for the last 16 years. Coach Johnson holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Social Studies Education from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri and a Master’s Degree in School Administration for Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Missouri. Coach Johnson currently teaches World History Classes at Waynesville High School. Coach Johnson is married and has 4 children, to include 3 wonderful daughters and and a very active young son.
Coach Johnson has coached at both the middle and high school levels of the Waynesville Track program and is currently an assistant coach with the Varsity and Jr. Varsity track programs, primarily working with the pole vault. Over the last few years Coach Johnson has developed “Tiger Vault” within the track program. The pole vault team has seen much success in recent years and has seen multiple school records, to include both the boy’s and girl’s programs.

Biography:
Hello, my name is Coach Jarman and I am excited to share my passion for cross country running with you! I have been running basically my whole life (my dad was a cross country coach), was an all-state cross country runner in high school and went on to run cross country and track for the University of Central Missouri where I conducted research on VO2 prediction equations. This will be my 5th year coaching at Waynesville. All runners from beginners to experienced are welcome on the Waynesville cross country team. Our team focus is on improving as runners but also as people. Congratulations on choosing the most rewarding sport there is and I look forward to working together to achieve your cross country goals!
