Biography:
This will be Coach Heppard’s 12th year coaching football. He started in Springfield at Cherokee Middle Coaching Offensive and Defensive Line. During his time at Cherokee he coached all positions as well as being the Defensive Coordinator. While at Cherokee he also assisted with coaching the line at Kickapoo High School. He then proceeded to Pleasant View Middle where he was named the Head middle school football coach. This will be his 5th year coaching Waynesville Middle School football and basketball.
Coach Heppard will be in his 5th year of teaching Drivers Education at the Waynesville High School.
He is a Veteran of the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division and is a very proud Paratrooper.

Neftali Perez

Coach Perez joined the Waynesville R-6 School District in August 2006 and is entering his 6th year of coaching football at Waynesville Middle School.
He has been a position coach for Running Backs and Wide Receivers on offense and has also been a position coach for Linebackers and Defensive Backs. This season, he will continue serving as offensive coordinator and position coach for Running Backs and Linebackers.
Coach Perez also enjoys serving through community outreach at his local church as well as his family’s involvement in youth sports.
He continues to serve as a school counselor at Waynesville Middle since August 2009.

Biography:
Coach Wiltfong has been coaching since 2009 where he started his career at Clinton High School coaching Linebackers and Running Backs. He then accepted a new teaching position at High Point R-III and began coaching Middle School Football at Morgan County R-II where he was the offensive coordinator and coached linebackers and running backs. He has been coaching in the Waynesville R-VI school district since 2016.
Coach played college football at Avila University where he was coached by All Pro running back Kimble Anders and started at running back as a true freshman. He then transferred to Westminster College and started at RB/FB for three years earning Honorable Mention All Conference his junior year.
He is a proud member of the Missouri National Guard and has been serving in the military since 2009.
Coach Wiltfong has been the technology integration specialist at East elementary since 2018.
