We have resumed Tiger Performance Training for the Middle School students. The bus departs from the Middle School at 3:30 PM - 30 minute strength workout followed by 30 minutes of sports performance.

We have resumed Tiger Performance Training for the Middle School students. The bus departs from the Middle School at 3:30 PM - 30 minute strength workout followed by 30 minutes of sports performance.

HEAT - Football Adjusted Heat Schedule

Due to the heat, evening football camp will be moved to 7:30 - 9:00 PM - Wednesday through Friday.
Strength Training will begin 1 hour before practice start time - tonight 6:30 PM.
All Athletes are expected to be dressed and on the field no later than 5:50 in the AM and 7:20 in the PM - the doors will be locked and the athlete will not be allowed to practice. In the morning if an athlete is late he can join Tiger Performance Training which is available in the HS weight room beginning at 6am.
